The Board and Association believe that effective school leadership is a collegial and collaborative process and that all staff should be key contributors to school leadership and the implementation of the school improvement plan. The parties to this agreement acknowledge the statutory role of leadership of the principal (school/site administrator) in the operation of successful schools as outlined in Florida Statutes and Board Policy.
