FACULTY LEADERSHIP TEAM. The Board and the Association agree to establish a Faculty Leadership Team (FLT). The FLT shall be comprised of the Association Executive Committee and one representative from any missing group (career, academic, or satellite members), plus four administrators appointed by the Superintendent. The FLT shall be trained by FMCS in collaborative problem solving. The purpose of the FLT shall be to xxxxxx open communication between the Association and the Administration. The functional procedures and scope of the FLT will be determined and outlined through mutually agreed ground rules.
