Faculty Member Review. Each Faculty Member shall have the right to review the contents of her/his evaluation file during regular working hours, or at such other time as mutually agreed upon with the Department Head.

Faculty Member Review. Faculty Member acknowledges he/she was given at least forty-five (45) days to review and consider this Agreement in its entirety. Faculty Member understands that he/she may voluntarily waive this review period by signing and returning the Agreement prior to the expiration of forty-five (45) days. The Agreement waives no rights or claims that may arise after the Separation Date. Faculty Member further acknowledges that the terms of this Agreement were negotiated by him/her over a sufficient period of time so that he/she now has carefully read and fully understands and accepts the terms contained in this Agreement and their legal effect. Faculty Member represents that he/she has been advised to consult with an attorney prior to signing this Agreement. Faculty Member further represents that his/her decision to sign or not sign this Agreement is his/her own voluntary decision made with full knowledge of its terms.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities.   • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement.   • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement.
