Faculty Role. The faculty and administration agree that the faculty role in accomplishing the work of the College must be reflected by a flexible and varied faculty load model in accordance with College and departmental procedures. It is further agreed that alternative assignments mutually agreed to by the administration and the faculty member, with input from the faculty member’s academic department, should be for specific projects or activities beyond the faculty member’s normal duties.
