Common use of Failure of Examination Conductor Clause in Contracts

Failure of Examination Conductor. Any individual who fails to qualify as Conductor in accordance with article 37 will have their services dispensed with. This article does not apply to employees with a seniority date prior to Jan 1, 2004.
