Failure to Meet Responsibilities. 5.1 Without prejudice to its other rights or remedies under these Terms or at law, if You fail to meet your obligations under clause 4.1 or otherwise under these Terms, then:
Failure to Meet Responsibilities. The Site further agrees to act in conformance with, and abide by, all current and future rules, provisions, and procedures established by the Program. These rules are included in the AmeriCorps Rules and Regulations documents, the OneStar Terms and Conditions, this Service Site Agreement, and the Member Service Agreement.
