Common use of Failure to Meet Time Limits Clause in Contracts

Failure to Meet Time Limits. If the finding or resolution of a grievance at any step of the procedure is not continued within the prescribed time limits, said grievance shall be considered resolved on the basis of the last answer provided and there shall be no further appeal or review. Should the Board not respond within the prescribed time limits, the grievance will proceed to the next step.
