Extra Time. Extra time (time worked beyond assignment) is work assigned to and worked by part-time bargaining unit members in addition to their regular work schedule. Extra time shall be compensated at the bargaining unit member’s regular rate of pay. Bargaining unit members are eligible for overtime compensation if they meet the criteria of Articles 11.8 & 11.9. 11.11.1 Whenever possible, extra time shall be offered to qualified part-time bargaining unit members prior to being offered to short-term contract employees.

Extra Time. Part-time teachers whose required attendance exceeds their contracted employment time shall be compensated for the extra time at their contracted hourly rate of pay.

Extra Time. Extra time is defined as hours in excess of an employee’s regularly assigned time but less than 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week, extra time will be distributed pursuant to article 9.9 A of this agreement.
Extra Time. A. Extra time is defined as time needed for extra work that is not a part of an employee’s regularly scheduled job assignment. This extra work is incidental and not intended to reduce any current employee’s work schedule. Extra time will be offered to employees (in order of seniority) in the same classification. Extra Time. Drivers shall be compensated for extra time worked outside of the normal daily schedule. Such extra time includes, but is not limited to, parent calls and conferences, weather or road condition delays, bus breakdowns, training, mandatory meetings, and bus fueling. Drivers shall turn in requests for extra pay for such work.

Extra Time. Extra time will be selected on the basis of low extra time hourly accrual, seniority, and will be distributed so that all drivers will receive approximately the same amount of time for each recording season (school year and summer.) When a driver is offered extra time and if it is anticipated that the extra time will create run-through time in excess of 0.5 hours, the driver will be required to punch out/punch in accordingly. To that end extra time records will be audited daily and the accumulated extra time will be carried forward and posted daily.
Extra Time. Employees shall work reasonable extra time as required by the Employer from time-to-time, in addition to rostered hours of duty, to meet extraordinary work scheduling requirements. Payment shall be at the normal hourly rate for duties carried out during that shift.
Extra Time. Any employee who is contacted to work extra time on weekdays or week-ends will have principal or superintendent approval and provide detailed description on their timesheet. They will be paid his/her regular rate for all hours worked, including overtime as earned.
