Failure to Return or Observe the Sabbatical Leave Plan. If it should be determined by the Superintendent that the intent of the sabbatical leave plan was not fulfilled or was only partially fulfilled, the Board, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, may take action against the indemnity bond. Failure to satisfactorily provide the required report is considered to be a failure to fulfill a condition of the leave.
