Failure to Return or Observe the Sabbatical Leave Plan. 7.9.7.1 If the terms and conditions under which the Sabbatical Leave was granted are not fulfilled, the unit member may be penalized by action of the Board against the Indemnity Bond or the withholding of payment under Section 7.9.5.2(A),(B) of this Article.
