Fair Business Practices. Vendors must conduct their business in full compliance with antitrust and fair competition laws that govern the jurisdictions in which they conduct business. Vendors must also uphold all standards of fair dealing and abide by all fair business practices, including truthful and accurate advertising. • Trade. Vendors shall comply with all applicable trade controls, as well as any applicable export, re-export, and import laws and regulations. Vendors must not knowingly employ or do business with anyone reasonably suspected of being connected with criminal or terrorist activities or who is otherwise subject to applicable trade sanctions.
