RBI/2021-2022/125 DOR.STR.REC.68/21.04.048/2021- 22) on ‘Prudential Norms on Income Recognition, Asset Classification and Provisioning, pertaining to Advances – Clarifications’ dated 12-11-2021 has clarified and/or harmonized certain aspects of the extant Regulatory guidelines.   • FAIR PRACTICES The Union agrees to maintain its eligibility to represent all employees by continuing to admit persons to membership without discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex or marital status and to represent equally all employees without regard to membership or participation in, or association with the activities of any employee organization. The Board agrees to continue its policy of not discriminating against any employee on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, marital status or membership or participation in, or association with the activities of, any employee organization.

  • Work Practices Where the Employer provides overtime, a minimum of one hour shall be provided which shall be worked. When on Employee and the Employer mutually agree, less than an hour overtime may be worked, which shall then be paid pro rata for overtime worked. Overtime shall be offered on a fair and equitable basis with an agreed roster being observed at the Refinery.

  • Occupational Health and Safety Act The Employer, the Union, and the Employees recognize they are bound by the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, S.N.S. 1996, c.7, and appropriate federal acts and regulations. Any breach of these obligations may be grieved pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Unfair Labor Practices The Grantee shall comply with the Employers Engaging in Unfair Labor Practices Act, 1980 PA 278, as amended, MCL 423.321 et seq.

  • Interlocal Cooperation Act RCW 39.34 allows cooperative purchasing between public agencies, and other political subdivisions. SMC 20.60.100 also allows non profits to use these agreements. If a public agency files or has filed an Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the City of Seattle, those agencies are eligible to purchase from Contracts established by the City. Such agencies may ask City of Seattle Contractors to accept orders from the agency, citing the City of Seattle contract as the basis for the order. The Vendor may accept or decline such orders. If the Vendor accepts an order from another public agency using the City of Seattle contract as the basis, the Vendor agrees to sell additional items at the contract prices, terms and conditions. The City of Seattle accepts no responsibility for the payment of the purchase price by other governmental agencies. Should the Vendor require additional pricing for such purchases, the Vendor is to name such additional pricing upon Offer to the City.

  • Data Practices The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement is subject to the requirements of Minnesota’s Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.01

  • Good Industry Practice all applicable Standards; and

  • Fair Credit Reporting Act The Servicer has fully furnished, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and Trans Union Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories) on a monthly basis.

  • Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act Grantee certifies that it is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law Xx. 000-000, 00 XXX Parts 160, 162 and 164, and the Social Security Act, 42 USC 1320d-2 through 1320d-7, in that it may not use or disclose protected health information other than as permitted or required by law and agrees to use appropriate safeguards to prevent use or disclosure of the protected health information. Grantee shall maintain, for a minimum of six (6) years, all protected health information.

  • Affordable Care Act The Affordable Care Act requires a Contractor, if Contractor is an applicable large employer under the ACA, to provide healthcare coverage for its employees who provide services for the State and work for 30 or more hours per week. This coverage must also cover the eligible employee’s dependents under the age of 26. The coverage must (a) meet the minimum essential coverage, minimum value, and affordability requirements of the employer responsibility provisions under Section 4980H of the Code (ACA), and (b) otherwise satisfy the requirements of the Code § 4980H (ACA).
