Common use of FAIR PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

FAIR PRACTICES. The College and the Association agree not to discriminate against any faculty member because of race, color, sex, religion, marital status, national origin, disabilities, political affiliation, sexual orientation, lawful political activity, veteran status, membership or non-membership in, or lawful activities on behalf of the Association. The College and the Association agree to comply with the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, and applicable sections of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1992. The College and the Association further agree that they shall not establish a residency requirement for faculty members.
