Class Lists. 1. In elementary schools, the teachers on each grade level shall prepare the lists of students for the ensuing school year. This provision is not intended to exclude principals from a consultation in the preparation of class lists.
2. After the completion of class lists by the teachers, no changes shall be permitted without consultation with the teachers concerned. A two (2) school day prior notice is required during which time teachers may register any objections. The two (2) school days may be waived by mutual agreement of the teachers involved and the principal.
3. Class lists shall be constituted by the blind draw method.
4. The class list process shall begin no later than May 1 and be completed and in the hands of the teacher at least five (5) days prior to Teacher Work Day at the close of school. It is recognized that the legitimate concerns of students and parents need to be addressed in the class list assignment process. It is also recognized that changes must take into consideration the professional judgment of the teacher(s) involved. Accordingly, prior to changing a class list after the close of school, the teacher(s) involved shall, no earlier than August 1, be given notice and an opportunity to discuss the change prior to making the change. The August 1 requirement may be waived by mutual agreement between the principal and the teacher(s) involved. When a conflict arises as a result of this section, it will be subject to review by the grievance representative and the Transformational Leader or his/her designee.
5. When a student is placed in another class, the receiving teacher shall be responsible for grades and compulsory reports.
Class Lists. Tentative class lists for the upcoming school year for elementary schools shall be published to bargaining unit memebrs not later than the final day of the contract year. The bargaining unit member shall not publish, distribute or discuss the tentative class list with parents or students unless permission has been given by the building level administrator.
Class Lists. Secondary teachers shall receive their tentative class lists no later than the morning of the first teacher workday at the beginning of the school year. Elementary teachers shall receive their tentative class lists for the next school year no later than the final teacher workday of the current school year. Class lists are subject to change. It will be the responsibility of the teacher to update or correct his/her class list as the need arises.

Class Lists. 6 3.1.1 Within ten (10) days of the Order Directing Notice to the Classes, Defendant shall compile, and securely deliver to the Settlement Administrator, Class Lists for 7 each of (a) the 1681e(b) Settlement Class, Automatic Payment Group; (b) the 1681e(b) 8 Settlement Class, Claim Form Group; and (c) the 1681g Settlement Class.
9 3.1.2 As part of the Class Lists, Defendant agrees to provide the Settlement Administrator with email addresses where available and, to the extent reasonably available, shall 10 also securely provide each class member’s most recent address information.
Class Lists. In the development of class lists, students with exceptional educational needs should be dispersed across available teachers to the degree possible. Once developed, and upon any changes, class lists shall be shared with all affected teachers.
