Fair Share Fee/BCEA Dues Obligation. Each employee shall be obligated as a condition of continued employment with the BOARD to pay to the BCEA either the membership dues of the BCEA (as determined by the BCEA to be payable by all employees in the same category of employment) or a fair share fee, as determined by the BCEA in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.03, for the BCEA's representation of the employee.
