Common use of Fall Clause in Contracts

Fall. In the Fall when transitioning to DST, employees working during the one (1) hour transition will be paid for all hours worked including overtime at one and one-half (1½) times the straight-time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as set forth in Section 13 of this Agreement.

Fall. In the Fall when transitioning to from DST, employees working during the one (1) hour transition will be paid for all hours worked including overtime at one and one-half (1½) times the straight-time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as set forth in Section 13 15 of this Agreement.

Fall. In the Fall when transitioning to from DST, employees working during the one (1) hour transition will be paid for all hours worked including overtime at one and one-half (1½) times the straight-time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as set forth in Section 13 (Overtime) of this Agreement.

Fall. In the Fall when transitioning to from DST, employees working during the one (1) hour transition will be paid for all hours worked including overtime at one and one-and-one-half (1½) times the straight-time rate of pay for hours worked in excess of the regular workweek as set forth in either Section 13 18.1.1 or 18.1.2 of this AgreementUnderstanding, or all hours worked in excess of 171 hours in a 28 consecutive day work period as provided in Section 207(k) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
