Family and Parenting Counseling. Contractor shall provide evidence-based services for offenders assessed as needing training in healthy parenting skills. Contractor will teach offenders easy-to-learn techniques and strategies to address everyday family issues of communication, discipline, decision-making, relationships, and self-control.
