Common use of Family Involvement Clause in Contracts

Family Involvement. 1. Family enrichment programming supporting student learning: the School and Provider will offer a minimum of two (2) programs per cycle. A minimum total of four (4) high quality programs designed to engage family members in support of student learning must be offered annually. Sites in an initial grant must reach a minimum of 40 unduplicated families by May 19, 2017. Sites in a continuation grant must reach a minimum of 30 unduplicated families by May 19, 2017.

CLCs unable to meet the minimal number of unduplicated families shall submit to MPS an action plan outlining Provider’s efforts to reach additional families.
