Common use of Family Medical Leave Act/California Family Rights Act Clause in Contracts

Family Medical Leave Act/California Family Rights Act. Employees may be eligible for leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). The administration of any FMLA or CFRA leave provided for under this provision shall be in accordance with the provisions of the FMLA and the CFRA. Leave provided under this provision may run concurrently with other leaves provided under this agreement, as designated by the Human Resources Department. Additional information regarding available leave benefits is set forth in City Administrative Rule 2.45, Family & Medical Leave Act, as that Rule may be revised.

Employees may be eligible for leave under The Agency will comply with the provisions of the Federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and/or the and California Family Rights Act (CFRA). The administration of any specific FMLA or CFRA leave provided for under this provision shall be in accordance with requirements, including the provisions rights and obligations of the FMLA employees, notification requirements, and the CFRA. Leave provided under this provision may run concurrently with other leaves provided under this agreement, as designated by Agency's obligations are available form the Human Resources Department. Additional information regarding available leave benefits is set forth in City Administrative Rule 2.45, Family & Medical Leave Act, and California Family Rights Leave shall run concurrent with other leaves as that Rule may be revisedprovided in this Agreement with the exception of pregnancy disability leave.
