Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The parties acknowledge and agree that they are bound by the ADA and FMLA and their amendments. Notwithstanding the above provisions, the parties also agree that each has the right to exercise its rights under the FMLA in addition to rights contained under this contract.
