Common use of Family & Medical Plan Clause in Contracts

Family & Medical Plan. Employees who take time off to care for a family member with a serious medical condition may be eligible for up to six weeks of partial pay through California’s Paid Family Leave program. Employer shall, upon written application, pay the remaining wages for an employee who is off work and receiving Paid Family Leave benefits, up to a maximum of 45 percent of the employee’s usual pay for up to six weeks.
