Common use of Family Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Family Responsibility. An employee is entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid leave during each calendar year to meet responsibilities related to: (a) the care, health or education of a child in the employee's care, or; (b) the care or health of any other member of the employee's immediate family.

Family Responsibility. An employee is entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid family responsibility leave during each calendar year to meet responsibilities related relating to: (a1) the care, health health, or education of a child in the employee's care, orfamily; (b2) the care or health of any other member of the employee's immediate family.
