Membership Benefits The benefits of CamCare programs are available only while your membership is current and active. Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. PROPANE GAS SYSTEM SERVICE AREA If the Property is located in a propane gas system service area owned by a distribution system retailer, Seller must give Buyer written notice as required by §141.010, Texas Utilities Code.
