Membership Cards. 4.1. You must submit your membership card at respective reception points when accessing facilities; otherwise we will charge you the standard casual rate.
4.2. All members must have their photograph taken for identification purposes; this will be stored on Salt Ayre Leisure Centre database. This information will solely be used by Salt Ayre Leisure Centre and will not be released to any third parties.
Membership Cards. Each new member of the Club will be given a membership card (per family) – members renewing from last season will be able to continue to use their current ones. Simply transfer money onto the card at the Bar and benefit immediately from a discount of 10% on many food and drink purchases. This discount will only apply to purchases made on your membership card, so make sure youkeep it topped up. Please note that any fees paid after 17th September must be for the higher amount even if paid online. If no fees are paid by the end of September your child will not be able to participate in training or matches.
Membership Cards. 5.1 The Insurer must provide each Overseas Student who enters into OSHC with the Insurer with a membership card which clearly indicates that the Overseas Student is covered by OSHC.
5.2 Provided the contribution and relevant information to enable the membership to be established has been received by the Insurer, the membership card is to be provided to the Overseas Student within 4 weeks of entering into OSHC with the Insurer.

3.2 Membership cards are individual to the person and are not transferable without the written permission of Sportspark. Membership cards may be withdrawn and future memberships refused if cards are used by any other person. Refunds will not be given for unused periods of any level of membership.
3.3 Your membership card must be present at reception at each visit. If the card is forgotten the 60p admission fee applies. Gold and silver members are permitted three incidents of a forgotten card before incurring any charges.
3.4 Lost or damaged membership cards may be subject to a replacement charge. Details of this charge are available from reception.
3.5 Your membership card must be present at reception to receive the members discount on court/pitch hire. Full price will be charged if not.
