Federal Register Notice. The CFPB should publish the proposed Agreement in the Federal Register in order to allow for public notice and comment. Given the fact that the proposed Agreement will impact all covered institutions that use the CFPB’s Company Portal, such publication would provide those institutions and other stakeholders with notice and a reasonable time period to provide input.
