Federal Reporting. The Grantee shall comply with requirements established by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) concerning the Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), the System for Award management (XXX) database, and the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act, including Appendix A to Part 25 of the Financial Assistance Use of Universal Identifier and Central Contractor Registration, 75 Fed. Reg. 55671 (Sept. 14, 2010) (to be codified at 2 CFR Part 25) and Appendix A to Part 170 of the Requirements for Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act Implementation, 75 Fed. Reg. 55663 (Sept. 14, 2010) (to be codified at 2 CFR Part 170).

Federal Reporting. Upon written request, the parties shall make available for a period of four (4) years after the furnishing of services under this Agreement to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, or any of its duly authorized representatives, this Agreement and any of the parties’ books, documents, and records that are necessary to certify the nature and extent of costs incurred pursuant to this Agreement and which are required to be made available under the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1980, Pubic Law 96-499, Section 952, or any regulation promulgated thereunder. Further, if Manager carries out any of its duties under this Agreement through a subcontract or assignment with a value or, cost of $10,000 or more over a twelve (12) month period, such contract shall contain a clause to the effect that the contracting organization shall furnish its books, documents, and records upon request as described to verify the nature and extent of costs.

Federal Reporting. The Parties acknowledge and agree that federal reporting obligations in the United States arise in cases where federal funding or other funding has contributed to the development of an invention. As of the Effective Date, WU as managing Party in the United States, will assume all responsibility for reporting any and all necessary information to the federal agencies of the United States that funded the Software, including the protection, licensing and commercialization of said Software. UT Austin and SU, as non-managing Parties in the United States, agree to cooperate reasonably with the federal reporting processes assumed by WU, and WU as managing Party in the United States, shall copy UT Austin and SU on all correspondence with federal agencies regarding federal reporting with regards to licensing and commercialization activities. Federal Reporting. Provide Federal management data that produces the MAR required for financial, benefit plan, provider, member, and funding source reporting. The awarded Vendor has the responsibility of confirming that the Federal Reporting monthly summary process results are reconciled and balanced, resolving any problems associated with the outcome. The Vendor completes a monthly balancing report to ensure that Federal Reporting summarization process numbers match those generated from the weekly claim, financial, payout, and recoupment transactions, and are compared with funding source and balanced.

Federal Reporting. For purposes of federal reporting, under this agreement, the provider has been determined to be a Subrecipient, per 2 CFR § 200.330 - Subrecipient and contractor determinations. The provider will be subject to all federal requirements for that type of entity.
