Common use of Federation Meetings Clause in Contracts

Federation Meetings. The Federation shall have the right to use without charge District facilities at reasonable times for the purpose of meetings concerned with its representation rights at the District, provided that such use shall not interfere with, nor interrupt, normal District operations and that arrangement for such use shall be made in accordance with District procedures for assigning meeting rooms.

The Federation will reimburse the District for any extra maintenance, technical or custodial services directly attributable to the use of the meeting room.
