Fedwire and Applicable Rules. Each Payment Order may be executed by Bank using the funds transfer system of the Federal Reserve Bank or other funds transfer system. Each Payment Order will be subject to Applicable Law whether or not Bank is a member of the funds transfer system.

Fedwire and Applicable Rules. (a) Each payment order or cancellation thereof may be furthered by any bank by use of the funds transfer system of the Federal Reserve Banks (“Fedwire”). The rights and obligations of Bank and Customer with respect to any payment order, any part of which is carried out through the use of Fedwire, will be governed by any applicable laws, the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the operating circulars of the Federal Reserve Banks and, to the extent applicable, the International Rules.

Customer acknowledges that the Bank’s right to reverse, adjust, stop payment, or delay posting of an executed wire transfer request is subject to the laws, regulations, circulars, and rules described in this Section 1.8.

Customer acknowledges that Bank's right to reverse, adjust, stop payment, or delay posting of an executed payment order is subject to the laws, regulations, circulars, and rules described in this Section 6 and Customer shall be liable if Bank is prevented by any of the foregoing from effecting a reversal, cancellation, adjustment, stop payment or delay.
