Customer’s failure to establish such rules and policies or failure to enforce such rules and policies may result in ArkLaFiber termination of this Agreement.

All Properties; Hotels, Resorts, Inns, Residences, and Private Clubs are Independently Owned and Operated. They are not under the operational control of Monopoly Hotels & Resorts, therefore, it is the Property Management who should be advised of problems, accidents, and, any discrepancies by their guests, and it is the property Managements responsibility to act, and make good their contract with their client/s. Monopoly Hotels & Resorts, Limited is not a Partner, Agent, or Guarantor for either Properties listed on the Website or Guests using the property/s. Guests, and all Property Management must comply with local law, regulations, and operating policies particular to each location. All Properties agree to Honor - Monopoly VIP’s - privileges, usage rights, and discounts. Monopoly VIP’s will respect the policies of the Properties, and both will adhere to local laws.
