FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT. A – Description of the main functionalities The Product allows: • The creation of customizable questionnaires, • The sending of questionnaires via an API, by posting on the Client’s websites and mobile apps, by email or by SMS and QR Code, • The uploading of third-party customer experience data / a history of completed questionnaires, • Delivery to the Client of reports, dashboards and performance analyses with regard to the customer experience, • The analysis of customer irritants and management of action plans, • The alerting and management of customer recontacts, • The development of a customer centric approach within the Client’s organization. B – Specific Conditions • Commencement and implementation of the Product From the commencement of the service, Skeepers shall provide the Client with access to the Solution for the duration of the Service, for at least one (1) User (the administrator appointed by the Client as indicated in the Quote). Any use of the Product for production purposes shall constitute acceptance of the accessibility of the Solution. The Solution is accessible on the computers of the Client and the Users, using the Login Details provided for each User. • Rights granted The Client is only authorized to make a copy of the documentation for the specific needs of Users for the exclusive purpose of using the Product. • Data The Data provided by the Client shall remain the exclusive property of the Client and/or the Users, for which it is solely responsible, including the Surveys and the manner in which the Data is distributed to third parties. Skeepers agrees not to use the Data for any purpose other than to perform the Service and/or as expressly agreed with the Client. Insofar as the transport of data is carried out by a third-party operator, the latter is responsible for any difficulty that may arise in the context of the transfer of data. Skeepers may not be held liable for any damage to the Client’s data processing equipment. The Data is regularly backed up by Skeepers. The Service includes functionalities enabling the Client to set up communications with persons identified by the Client in order to communicate and/or collect information, under the responsibility of the Client. FEEDBACK MANAGEMENT. The Feedback Management service is a comprehensive survey management solution designed to streamline the Customer’s surveys. Feedback Management will allow the Customer to: − Create and send surveys: Partoo shall generate a survey per Customer, that will be sent by Customer through its own emailing solution to the end user or customer, under its own responsibility; - Collect and organize data: survey responses and related data will be efficiently collected and organized by Partoo and offered to Customer; - Answer to the end user or customer: Customer shall be able to answer to the person who replied to the survey directly on the Review Management page. This response can be manually drafted or chosen from a suggestion proposed by an artificial intelligence model. This Service includes a dashboard enriched with anonymized analytics retrieved from the surveys. Additionally, Feedback Management will allow Customer to download anonymized raw data in an Excel file. Partoo’s liability shall not be engaged regarding the data collected by Customer under this Service.
