Common use of Fees, Commissions, and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Fees, Commissions, and Compensation. Except as disclosed in the Certificate Concerning Leases and Financial Condition, no Person has any right or claim to any fees, commissions, compensation or other remuneration in connection with or arising out of the financing, sale or lease of all or any portion of any Property. Except with respect to the management agreements and leasing agreements in effect as of the date hereof, no Person has any right or claim to any fees, commissions, compensation or other remuneration in connection with or arising out of the use, occupancy, management or operation of the all or any portion of any Property. Except as disclosed in the Certificate Concerning Leases and Financial Condition, there exists no brokerage agreement with respect to any Property or any portion thereof.
