Fences and Xxxxxx. No wire-based fencing will be permitted. No fence or hedge may be placed beyond the front line of the Dwelling. Rear fences may be up to 6 feet high beginning at a point that is not closer than 20 feet from the front line of the Dwelling; however, on Lots that are adjacent to the golf course, a fence may not extend past the rear line of the Dwelling.

Fences and Xxxxxx. Except for the fence maintained by the Association, no fences or walls shall be permitted on any portion of a Unit without prior written approval of the Board of Directors. Xxxxxx are permitted between the homes, with prior written approval of the Board of Directors, but may not extend into the front yard and may be otherwise restricted to preserve an open design. No plantings of any kind are allowed within 3’(feet) of the perimeter fence. No person shall attach anything on the perimeter fence, including, but not limited to, any decorations or change the appearance of the perimeter fence in any way including, without limitation, painting, staining or cleaning of the fence without written consent of the Board of Directors.
Fences and Xxxxxx not to erect or permit to be erected any fence or allow any hedge to grow on the Allotment to a greater height than four feet and not to remove any fence or hedge now on the Allotment without the previous written consent of the Council.
Fences and Xxxxxx. In general, no part of any fence or wall shall be constructed or placed within the “front yard” of any numbered lot in the subdivision, that is to say, within that part of the lot that lies between the line of the street on which the lot abuts and the required setback from the front line of the lot. No fence or wall shall be constructed or placed within that part of any lot that is contiguous to the lake that lies within 25 feet of the shoreline of the lake and no part of any fence or wall constructed or placed in the “rear yard” of any lot that is contiguous to the lake shall exceed four feet in height. Any fence that is permitted within the subdivision and is not subject to the height limitation set out in the immediately preceding sentence may have a height not in excess of six feet; provided, however, that every permitted fence in the subdivision that exceeds four feet in height shall be of ch ain link or open construction. Xxxxxx shall not exceed five feet in height and shall not obstruct lake view of abutting lot owners. Hedge placement in the rear lot shall be governed by the same rules as for fences.

Rear fences and xxxxxx on lots adjacent to the golf course may be up to 4 feet high. Rear fences or xxxxxx on lots not adjacent to the golf course may be up to 6 feet high. This restriction does not apply to any retaining wall that is used to hold soil in place.

When required by Federal program legislation, all prime construction contracts in excess of $2,000 awarded by non- Federal entities must include a provision for compliance with the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 U.S.C. 3141- 3144, and 3146-3148) as supplemented by Department of Labor regulations (29 CFR Part 5, “Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction”).
