Perimeter Fence definition

Perimeter Fence means a closed type vertical barrier which completely encloses and secures the pool area and prevents unauthorized entry.
Perimeter Fence means the fences, which act as a barrier between adjacent residential properties on the northern, eastern and southern property lines, and which are located on the northern property line of Lots G and H, the eastern property line of Lots E, F, G and the southern property line of Lots C, D and E and the southern lot line common area. The Perimeter Fence does notshall also include any all portions of the partition fencing on the dividing line between Lots C and D, E and F, F and G, G and H or and the privacy fences between Lot D and the Common Area, Lot E and the Common Area and Lot H and the Common Area.

More Definitions of Perimeter Fence

Perimeter Fence means a fence that is intended to provide full or partial enclosure of a property along or near the property lines. A perimeter fence is not a fence that is intended only to provide limited screening of a specific element within the property or enclose a small portion of the property for a specific purpose, such as a garden or dog run.
Perimeter Fence means any fence or wall that separates any Common Area from a public street or right-of-way or from property outside of the Project.

  • water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.
