Common use of Field Staff Clause in Contracts

Field Staff. The Construction Manager shall (i) maintain a competent and sufficient number of full-time field staff to perform the Services and coordinate, supervise and administer the Work and (ii) enforce strict discipline and good order among the employees of the members of the Construction Team. The Construction Manager shall not permit employment of unfit persons or persons not skilled in tasks assigned to them. To provide the uninterrupted, efficient and timely performance of the Work, the Construction Manager shall use its best efforts to avoid labor disputes of any kind.
