Field Staff. “Field Staff” mean employees of the Agency, sometimes referred to as “community responders” or “navigators,” whose primary job duties are to engage with Community Members in Crisis outside of the Agency offices. Field staff may be licensed mental health professionals and/or non-licensed peer support specialists.
