Field Training. Immediately after the effective date of the Registration Statement for the Certificates, DISTRIBUTOR shall be responsible for conducting field training of all of its associated registered representatives authorized to sell the Certificates in those states where the Certificates are approved for sale. The training program shall be developed and conducted by DISTRIBUTOR, although AAL may also participate in training activities. DISTRIBUTOR will coordinate with AAL concerning those AAL employees who will be involved in the development of the training program and in its execution. The training program shall be approved by both AAL and DISTRIBUTOR prior to implementation.
