Common use of Fifth General Wage Increase Clause in Contracts

Fifth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 2024, all standard basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four-and-one-half (4.5) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Section 1 above.

Fifth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20242009, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 2009 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by in the amount of four-and-one-half (4.54-1/2) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 5 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof.

Fifth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20242014, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 2014 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by fourin the amount of three-and-oneeight-half tenths (4.53.8) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Effective July 1, 20242019 all hourly, all standard basic daily daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 2019 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four-and-one-half in the amount of three (4.53) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 5 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 above2 hereof.

Effective July 1, 20242024 all hourly, all standard basic daily daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 2024 for employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four-and-one-half (4.5) percent, computed and percent applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof and applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment.

Effective July 1, 20242016, all standard basic daily the hourly base rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 for of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by four-and-one-half in the amount of three percent (4.5) percent, computed and 3%). The increase in this Section will be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided in Section 1 aboveA (ii) hereof.

Fifth General Wage Increase. Effective July 1, 20242006, all standard standard, basic daily rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 for employees covered by this Agreement on June 30, 2006 shall be increased by four-and-one-half three (4.53) percent, computed and applied in the same manner prescribed in Section 1 above.

Effective July 1, 20241999, all standard basic daily hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates of pay in effect on June 30, 2021 1999 for employees covered by this Agreement (following termination of the 12-month period adjustment described in Section 5) shall be increased by fourin the amount of three-and-one-half (4.53-1/2) percent, computed and percent applied so as to give effect to this increase irrespective of the method of payment. The increase provided for in this Section 6 shall be applied in the same manner prescribed as provided for in Section 1 abovehereof.
