Filing of Grievance with the Superintendent. If the grievant or the exclusive representative is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level II, within five (5) days of the date the decision should have been made or if no decision has been rendered within fifteen (15) days after written presentation of the grievance, the grievant or the exclusive representative if requested by the grievant may file the grievance with the superintendent.

The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.
