Grievance means a complaint in writing that an employee, group of employees, or the Union submits to management, to be processed through the grievance procedure.
Expert witness or “expert” means a person who is retained to render an opinion regarding an issue relevant to a case, whether or not the person actually testifies in court.
Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.
Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. Statement of Grievance shall name the employee involved, shall state the facts giving rise to the grievance, shall identify by appropriate reference all the provisions of this Master Contract alleged to be violated, shall state the contention of the employee and of the Association with respect to these provisions, and shall indicate the specific relief requested.

Policy Grievance shall be signed by a xxxxxxx or a Union representative or, in the case of an Employer's policy grievance, by the Employer or its representative.
Personal Grievance means a claim that an employee: • has been unjustifiably dismissed; or • has had their employment, or their conditions of employment, affected to their disadvantage by some unjustifiable action by the employer; or • has been discriminated against; or • has been sexually harassed in their employment; or • has been racially harassed in their employment; or • has been subjected to duress in relation to membership or non-membership of a union.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.
