Filing of Grievances. A grievance may be filed by a faculty member, group of faculty members, or the Federation. An individual faculty member or group of faculty members shall have the right to present grievances and to have such grievances adjusted without the intervention of the Federation, as long as the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. A faculty member may elect to have a representative of the Federation present at such meeting.
