Common use of Filing of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Filing of Licenses. In any year in which a reduction of teaching positions is occurring and the School Board is placing teachers on ULA, only those licenses actually received in the Superintendent’s office for filing as of January 15th of such year shall be considered for purposes of determining lay-off within areas of licensure for the following school year. A license filed after January 15th shall be considered for purposes of recall but not for the current reduction.

Filing of Licenses. In any year in which a reduction of teaching positions is occurring and the School Board is placing teachers on ULA, only those licenses actually received in the Superintendent’s Human Resources office for filing as of January 15th of such that year shall be considered for purposes of determining lay-off within areas of licensure for the following school year. A license filed after January 15th March 15 shall be considered for 32 purposes of recall recall, but not for to the current reduction.

Filing of Licenses. In any year in which a reduction of teaching positions is occurring and the School Board FED is placing teachers teacher-itinerants on ULA, only those licenses actually received in the SuperintendentExecutive Director’s office for filing as of January 15th of such year shall be considered for purposes of determining lay-off within areas of licensure for the following school year. A license filed after January 15th shall be considered for purposes of recall but not for the current reduction.
