District Match. The District will match eligible teacher contributions according to the following schedule based on years of teaching in the District:
District Match. Teachers with at least three (3) years of experience in the District who qualify for and participate in a state-approved compensation plan only as defined in “Section 1.” above and who qualify under one of the eligibility criteria listed below shall receive a dollar-for-dollar District-matching contribution of up to $2,000 per year to a maximum total of $22,000 during the teacher’s service in the District. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Born on or after July 1, 1954. 2. Born before July 1, 1954, beginning continuous service in the district after June 2003.
District Match. Each year by October 1, employees who wish to participate in the plan shall be responsible to complete and file a salary deduction authorization for their annual contribution to a matching 403(b) tax deferred plan. The School District will match an employee’s contribution to a 403(b) tax deferred plan up to $600 per school year. During a year in which the employee makes no contribution, the District shall likewise make no contribution to that employee account. Maximum lifetime district contribution will be $30,000.
District Match. The District will match eligible teacher contributions according to the following schedule based on years of teaching in the District: For 2023-2024 Contract Year: Up to $604 Yearly (2023-24) From the date of hire as a teacher through 9 years of teaching in the District Up to $824 Yearly (2023-24) For teachers beginning their 10th through 18th years of teaching in the District Up to $1,044 Yearly (2023- 24) For teachers beginning their 19th or more years of teaching in the District Up to $1004 Yearly (2024- 25) From the date of hire as a teacher through 9 years of teaching in the District Up to $1224 Yearly (2024- 25) For teachers beginning their 10th through 18th years of teaching in the District Up to $1,444 Yearly (2024- 25) For teachers beginning their 19th or more years of teaching in the District
District Match. Teachers with three years of experience in the district who qualify for and participate in a State-approved compensation plan only as defined in Section 1 of this Article and who, qualify under one of the eligibility criteria listed below, shall receive a dollar for dollar district matching contribution of up to $2,000 per year to a maximum total of $22,000, during the teacher’s service in the district. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Born on or after July 1, 1954. 2. Born before July 1, 1954, beginning continuous service in the district between September 1991 and June 2003, and who within thirty (30) days of ratification of this contract select this as a one- time irrevocable option. 3. Born before July 1, 1954, beginning continuous service in the district after June 2003.
District Match. In addition, starting July 1 of each year, eligible teachers will receive the District match to their 403(b), as outlined in this Section, if: a. They are eligible for the match based on Hire Date listed in Appendix A (after approximately 5 years), b. They are enrolled in the District 403(b) plan, and c. They authorize an equivalent amount or more by payroll deduction.
