Unrequested Leave of Absence and Seniority Agreement. Section 1. Purpose: The purpose of this provision is to implement the provisions of Minn. Stat. § 122A.40, subd. 10, as amended, and constitutes a plan for unrequested leave because of discontinuance of position, lack of pupils, financial limitations or merger of classes caused by consolidation of districts.
