Filing the Grievance with Immediate Supervisor. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I (a) the grievant may file the grievance in writing with the grievant's immediate supervisor on a form prepared for this purpose within twenty (20) days after the event giving rise to the alleged grievance occurred.
