Filming, photography and taping. 12.6.1 Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed or taped, by Rio 2016, by the IOC, by the IPC, or by third parties appointed and/or authorised by them. 12.6.2 Rio 2016, the IOC, the IPC or third parties appointed and/or authorised by them shall, without requirement of the payment of money or other form of consideration, have the right to broadcast, publish, license and use any such photographs, films, recordings or images of a Ticket Holder in perpetuity. 12.6.3 Ticket Holders may capture, record and/or transmit still images and/or data taken within venues including by sharing such still images and/or data on social media and the internet provided such capture, recording or transmission is made solely for personal, private, non-commercial and non- promotional purposes. 12.6.4 Ticket Holders may capture, record and/or transmit audio or video taken from venues, solely for personal, private, non-commercial and non-promotional purposes, with the exclusion of licensing, broadcasting and/or publishing any such video and/or sound recordings including on social media and the internet.

Filming, photography and taping. 9.1 All Membership Card holders who enter the Ground acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of them and may also be used, by way of example and without limitation, in television coverage of the game and/or for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by the Club, the Premier League, the League or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations), and use of a Membership Card to enter the Ground constitutes consent to such use. You further acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be used (by the Club or by a third party, such as a law enforcement body) to identify you as an individual, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, or any breach of Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of Entry. 9.2 If such person is under 18 years of age, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is accompanying them into the Ground shall be deemed to have provided consent on their behalf.

You further acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio- visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be used (by the Club or by a third party, such as a law enforcement body) to identify you as an individual, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime, or any breach of these Conditions or any other applicable terms and conditions. 11.2 If any person is under 18 years of age, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult who is accompanying them into the Ground shall be deemed to have provided consent on their behalf. 11.3 All Clients and Guests agree that the Matches for which Hospitality Packages have been purchased are public, and that their appearance and actions inside and in the perimeter of the Ground where a Match occurs are public in nature, and that they shall have no expectation of privacy with regard to their actions or conduct at Matches. 11.4 The Club, and any person authorised by the Club, may create images and/or audio-visual video footage of Clients and Guests attending the Ground. Where this occurs, the Club owns all rights in such images and footage, and the Club is entitled to use any of those assets and allow others to use those assets with its permission, for any purpose whatsoever. Use of a Ticket/Season Ticket by a Client or Guest to enter the Ground constitutes acknowledgement and consent to the Club’s ownership of those assets.
