Common use of Final Cleaning Clause in Contracts

Final Cleaning. The Tenant is responsible for FULLY cleaning the Demised Premises from top to bottom, inside and out. Xxxxxx agrees not to leave a pile of trash at the street at move out time. Xxxxxx agrees to reimburse Landlord for dump fees for all trash that will not fit into the public waste container(s).
