Final Date For Submitting a Claim You must submit your fully documented claim to us on the form that we provide together with any supporting information that we may require. In the case of insolvency of the Insured Customer, your claim must be submitted within six months of the date of the insolvency of the Insured Customer. In the case of default by the Insured Customer your claim must be submitted within six months of the date of default.

In the case of non-payment by an Insured Customer arising from a political risk your claim must be submitted within four months from the relevant Waiting Period stated on the Schedule. The Waiting Period begins to run from the date of notification to us of an insured political risk.

Upon revision of the Bulletin by the Design Professional and approval thereof by the Owner, the Owner shall again submit to the Contractor a proposed Change Order for the purpose of adding the revised Bulletin to this Contract. If the Owner decides to retain the Sole Source in the Change Order and Contractor cannot acquire the full contractually required warranties from the Sole Source, Contractor shall be held only to the warranty terms and schedule obtainable from the Sole Source.
