Final Evaluation Procedures. The evaluator shall provide that each evaluation is submitted to the teacher for his/her acknowledgement by written receipt. If signed by the teacher the receipt is to be sent to the Superintendent as soon as received. Should an issue arise with the teacher evaluation Article in which a teacher believes that fundamental fairness has not occurred, he/she shall have the following rights:
