FINAL SYSTEM PRICING Sample Clauses

FINAL SYSTEM PRICING. System and installation pricing is subject to final system configuration. The design of the system may call for system devices to be placed in specific locations for systems with tag location and/or tamper detection capability or the use of End User or regulatory agency specific cable management systems. In the event that those locations are inaccessible (i.e., hard ceiling), an access hatch may be required to be installed at or near that location. The cost of installing appropriate access hatches will be the responsibility of the End User, or, if needed, CenTrak or its reseller (where applicable) dealer can install the hatch and the price can be added to the [applicable quotation]. CenTrak does not warrant system operational characteristics which may be affected by the pre-existing End User site constraints and/or environment situations such as (but not limited to) RF interference, metallic building infrastructure or materials, inter-device interference, and system design issues, or which may arise as a direct or indirect result of the physical placement of the devices in the End User's premises. Under these circumstances, CenTrak will notify the End User of their findings and provide recommendations to alleviate the customer site constraints and/or environmental issues. These recommendations may include (but not limited to) the requirement for additional services, modifications, and/or necessary equipment which are NOT included in the applicable quotation. EXHIBIT G CenTrak End User License Agreement THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“XXXX”), is entered into by End User (as defined below), for the benefit of CenTrak, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CenTrak”), as of the date (the “Effective Date”) of effectiveness of the related agreement between End User and CenTrak, or where applicable, CenTrak’s Reseller. End User acknowledges and agrees that Reseller will provide a copy of this XXXX to CenTrak, and that CenTrak shall have the full right to enforce all of CenTrak’s rights and remedies as against End User under this XXXX.
