Bilingual Differential Pay Bilingual Differential Pay applies to those positions designated by the Department of Personnel Administration as eligible to receive bilingual pay according to the following standards:
Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.

OPWC/Local Subdivision Participation Percentages For the sole and express purpose of financing/reimbursing costs of the Project, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described below, the Recipient hereby designates its Local Subdivision Percentage Contribution as amounting to a minimum total value of 50% of the total Project Cost. The OPWC Participation Percentage shall be 50% not to exceed $100,000.

Bill Pay We will process bill payment transfer requests only to those creditors the Credit Union has designated in the User Instructions and such creditors as you authorize and for whom the Credit Union has the proper vendor code number. We will not process any bill payment transfer if the required transaction information is incomplete. We will withdraw the designated funds from your checking account for bill payment transfer by the designated cutoff time on the date you schedule for payment. REPORT OF CONTRACT USAGE All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.
